What is the Difference Between Handling Charge and Shipping Charge?
The Handling Charge is applied for sample orders and/or for orders which are less than $200.
The Shipping Charge is related to the freight cost of shipping the order. If the customer’s or a 3rd party freight account is not being used, then a shipping charge will apply.

Does My Order Qualify for Free Local Delivery?
For orders greater than $350 (excl. tax), we will arrange for delivery at no charge within a 15 mile radius from Santa Fe Springs, CA.
For orders less than $350 or further than a 15 mile radius from Santa Fe Springs, CA, the customer is responsible for freight costs.

How May I Request Samples?

What is the Lead Time?
Approximately 1 business day. However, if items on your order are either low or out of stock, lead time can be between 1 week to 8 weeks based on timing of new incoming inventory.
What is the process to Develop a Custom Shape?
We will help you through the development process.
- The development charge is $400 per size.
- Lead time is approximately 4 weeks for the first size. Then an additional 4 weeks for the size run after the first size is approved.
What is the Dye to Match process?
Most customers use the cups in standard white, black and nude colors. But for dye-to-match colors:
- 3 weeks for lab dip (many of our customers ask us to approve the lab dip internally).
- 3000+pairs = no surcharge
- 1000 to 2999 pair = $150 surcharge
- 1 to 999 pair = $250 surcharge
Do you have a Size Correlation Chart?
The best way for you to check the fit of a cup is to order a sample. Each of the Coast Pad bra cups was designed for a particular fit and application. Subsequently, the sizing will vary a bit from shape to shape. Most of the styles reference the size such as “34B” or simply “B”. But other styles such as the Z11 and L12 reference a number which has been the industry standard. The following chart should help give you some guidance.

Do You Have a Specification/Measurement Sheet (M-List)?
Yes, we do have a Specification/Measurement List (M-List). Please call our Sales Team at 562-298-1408 to request an M-List for your specific needs.
How Do I Apply for Credit/AR Terms?
If you are a new customer, we will set you up to pay for your order(s) by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your card will be charged at the time the goods ship. However, please note that the amount that will be charged may be reserved at the time the order is confirmed.
If you are an existing customer, the order will ship out on the terms under which your account has been set up.
If you would like to establish commercial terms with our company, we will be happy to consider your application. The first step is to fill out our credit application which you can download HERE. Once you have completed and had an authorized person at your company sign the credit application, please send it to us at customerservice@coastpad.com. Our credit department will reach out to you within 3 business days to let you know what terms we will be able to extend.

How Do I Return Items?
To request RMA (Return Material Authorization), contact Customer Service at 562-298-1298. Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.
