Linings

Coast Pad stocks a variety of stretch linings for swim, active wear and stretch dresses. Over the years Coast has supplied millions of years of lining.
The most popular linings are:
  • 855: Traditional helenca (stretch nylon) lining knit with a run-resist stitch. Soft, drapeable, very comfortable against the skin. It is 100% nylon, but will stretch with your lycra shell fabrics.
  • 3575: Polyester version of the helenca lining. Lower cost than the 855.
  • 3610 / 3611: Polyester-spandex lining that has more stretch and recovery.
The linings are manufactured in the USA by Adele Knits. Adele also produces a large number of fabrics for team uniform, active wear and intimates.
